Phil Miller is an artist, photographer and film maker who lives in Whitstable in Kent . He has exhibited in the UK and further afield in the US and Europe.

Miller’s artistic output is a complex process, involving the marriage of original photographs and artwork using projections and multiple exposures. Once layered, the images take on a new, almost cinematic quality. Works have a real sense of movement and with time, reveal elements to the viewer that are not always obvious at a first glance. Miller’s use of vivid colour is striking and his love of the exotic is conveyed through his choice of subjects, from sandy beaches to dense urban landscapes.
